What are frozen points?

Frozen points are inaccessible points removed from your points balance. You can't redeem any frozen points. Here are the situations that may result in frozen points:

  1. Security risks
  2. Bot behavior
  3. Usage of emulators
  4. Hacking attempts
  5. Delayed payment by advertisers
  6. Malicious intent
  7. Providing false information when completing surveys/offers.
  8. Using automated software or other means to get around our system and complete offers.
  9. Duplicated or misrouted credit due to a technical issue.

Frozen points are usually released within 15 to 45 days, provided the advertiser compensates ZoomBucks after reviewing the survey or offer. However, points frozen due to a technical issue will remain frozen indefinitely.
