My account is under review, what do I do?
Our sign-up process is designed to be as quick and easy as possible. On occasions, there is a minor hiccup that requires a certain account to be manually reviewed. Each account in review will receive an email from our security team. If you can't find the email in your inbox, you may check your Spam folder.
If you are unable to find the email, you may submit a ticket with the email you signed up with so we can help you. Depending on your account, you may be asked to connect to a PayPal account.
